The ramen chain says they prioritized 'a larger, more spacious place to accommodate everyone'
MANILA, Philippines – Ramen, anyone? Famed ramen chain Mendokoro Ramenba opened its newest branch in the newly opened Mitsukoshi Mall in Bonifacio Global City on Friday, November 18.
The heavily Japanese-themed Mendokoro branch is located at Unit 0109 of the Ground Floor of Mitsukoshi Mall at 8th Ave. corner 36th St., Grand Central Park, North BGC, Taguig City. It is open from 10 am to 11 pm daily.
Mendokoro posted a few snaps of the new, gorgeous, minimalist branch with light oak wooden interiors and Japanese accents, such as traditional masks on the walls, wooden ramen spoons on the ceiling, bonsai, paper lanterns, and intricate ramen bowls on display. According to the brand, they prioritized “a larger, more spacious place to accommodate everyone.”
Aside from group tables, guests can sit along the long ramen bar that snakes throughout the branch and grants a firsthand look at Mendokoro’s ramen chefs at work at the open kitchen. There are also a few branch-exclusive items on the menu.
